1.quenching and temperature
Quenching and temperature is a process of heat treatment to increase toughness and hardness of raw material. It can prolong screw and barrel service life and decrease deformation while using.
2.sharping treatment
Shaping treatment is a process of heating screw after rough machining, the temperature should higher than that in nitriding, to prevent deformation and bending while nitriding.
3.Nitride hardening
Nitriding hardening is a heating process that diffuses nitrogen into the surface of screw and barrel to increase hardness of surface.
